It's so easy to indulge yourself!
Truffles
200g icing sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
50g chocolate cake crumbs
125g butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla essence
Combine all the ingredients in the food processors. Pulse until well mixed. Roll into balls.
Note: your truffles are now ready to be dipped in melted chocolate or rolled in the cocoa powder or chopped nuts (hazelnuts are good combination for chocolate!) Have fun!
